  • Unit will be professionally cleaned upon move in and needs to be in the same condition upon move out with our cleaners, as well as carpet .
  • Any fines and/or infractions for violations against House Rules are at the tenant’s expense.
  • No pets are allowed.
  • No smoking, including medical marijuana, or illegal drugs are allowed in/on the property or lanai’s and are grounds for immediate eviction.
  • Security deposit is one month’s rent.

Tenant Requirements:

  • There is a $40 application fee for all persons who apply that are 18 and over.
  • Credit scores of all applicants need to be no less than 680 with no delinquencies (our office will run credit, criminal background, and sex offender checks).
  • Couple applicants must make a combined income of at least 3 times the rental rate, roommates must each qualify on their own for the unit.
  • Tenants are required to obtain renter’s insurance and it must show Hawaiian Isle as interested party.
  • Tenant will be responsible for electricity in his/her name prior to move-in – reduced rate since complex has photovoltaic.
