- No pets are allowed
- No smoking, including medical marijuana, or illegal drugs are allowed in/on the property or lanais and are grounds for immediate eviction
- Security deposit is one month’s rent
Tenant Requirements:
- There is a $40 application fee for all persons who apply that are 18 and over
- Credit scores of all applicants need to be no less than 680 with no delinquencies (our office will run credit, criminal background, and sex offender checks)
- Couple applicants must make a combined income of at least 3 times the rental rate, roommates must each qualify on their own for the unit.
- Tenants are required to obtain renter’s insurance and it must show Hawaiian Isle as interested party.
- Tenant will be responsible for electricity in his/her name prior to move-in.
